 Here is the first tutorial I found on water ripple effects that have a cartoonish stylization to them. I wanted to have an interesting background or asset that could help keep attention or act as a transition.

    There are so many ways to do ripple effects and I really think this one suits your style well. I'm curious to see what your PSA is about and how you will use this.
